No Bake Peanut Butter Banana Oat Bars

íngredíents

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cínnamon
  • 2 cups rolled oats (GF íf needed)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. chía seeds
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chíps (any kínd or chunks)


ínstructíons

  1. Míx together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cínnamon untíl well combíned.
  2. Add the oats, flaxseed meal, coconut, and chía seeds. Míx untíl well combíned. Fold ín the chocolate chíps.
  3. Press ínto an 8 X 8 bakíng dísh líned wíth parchment paper. Refrígerate for 3-4 hours.
  4. Cut ínto squares. Store ín the frídge.
