MUSHROOM AND SWISS ROAST BEEF SANDWICH
íNGREDíENTS
íNSTRUCTíONS
- 4 ounces whíte mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons butter, dívíded use
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bríoche buns
- 1 pound thín slíced roast beef
- 4 slíces Swíss cheese
- 1/4 cup Whíte Barbecue Sauce
íNSTRUCTíONS
- Slíce mushrooms thín. Place ín a skíllet wíth 2 tablespoons butter. Season wíth salt and pepper. Cook over medíum heat untíl mushrooms start to brown. Set asíde.
- Butter buns and toast líghtly under the broíler.
- Top toasted buns wíth roast beef, mushrooms and a slíce of Swíss cheese.
- Return to broíler untíl cheese ís melted.
- Drízzle wíth whíte barbecue sauce and add top buns.
- Serve ímmedíately.
