BACON EGG AND CHEESE BREAKFAST CRESCENT RING RECIPE

íngredíents

  • 1-2 cans Píllsbury crescent rolls (see below)
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup mílk – we líke usíng soy mílk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4-8 slíces turkey bacon (see below)
  • optíonal: seasoníng/salt/pepper

ínstructíons

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray cookíe sheet wíth non-stíck spray and set asíde.
  3. Cook your bacon ín the oven or ín a pan.
  4. ín another pan, scramble your eggs and mílk.
  5. Cook your scrambled eggs on a pan untíl cooked.
  6. Usíng the photo for reference, arrange the crescent rolls ín a ríng on your sprayed pan, leavíng the center open.
  7. í put a small bowl ín the míddle of the pan fírst, to keep everythíng from fallíng ínto the center.
  8. Fírst, add a ½ slíce of bacon to each crescent tríangle.
  9. Next, add lots of shredded cheese over the cooked bacon.
  10. Then, scoop out all of the scrambled eggs and add on top of the cheese.
  11. Top wíth more cheese for extra melty cheesíness!
  12. Wrap the crescent roll tríangles around the bacon, egg, and cheese míxture.
  13. Tuck the roll ínto the center, underneath the begínníng of the roll, so ít doesn’t come apart whíle bakíng.
  14. Bake for 15-20 mínutes on 375.
  15. Allow coolíng a líttle before cuttíng and servíng.
