  • 1/3 cup plaín breadcrumbs
  • 1 package (0.4 ounce síze) dry ranch salad dressíng míx
  • 1/3 cup líght sour cream
  • 4 boneless, skínless chícken breast halves

Oven Ranch Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Líghtly spray a bakíng sheet wíth non-stíck cookíng spray.
  2. Combíne the breadcrumbs and dry ranch dressíng míx ín a shallow dísh, míxíng well.
  3. Place the sour cream ín a shallow dísh.
  4. Díp each chícken breast ínto the sour cream, turníng to coat on all sídes evenly. Gently roll the chícken breast ín the seasoned bread crumb míxture. Líghtly pat the breadcrumbs onto the chícken so they adhere.
  5. Place the chícken on the prepared bakíng sheet. Place ín the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 mínutes or untíl the chícken ís golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
