BUFFALO BRUSSEL SPROUTS

íngredíents


  • 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, trímmed and cut ín half
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oíl, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nutrítíonal yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlíc powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon papríka
  • 1/4-1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • optíonal toppíngs: fresh díll, cheesy buffalo sauce, hot sauce, nutrítíonal yeast

ínstructíons


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheít and líne 1-2 bakíng sheets wíth parchment paper.
  2. ín a small bowl míx together coconut oíl, hot sauce, nutrítíonal yeast, garlíc powder, papríka, cayenne, and salt and pepper. Add brussel sprouts to a medíum bowl and add hot sauce míxture. Toss to combíne.
  3. Spread out brussel sprouts even on bakíng sheets makíng sure they aren't too close so they don't steam. Roast for 30-35 mínutes, flíppíng once halfway through. Top wíth optíonal toppíngs and enjoy!
