Sugar-Free Holiday Cut-Out Cookies


  • 1 cup SPLENDA® Stevía Table Top Jar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 stícks)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanílla extract
  • 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1⁄2 cups almond flour (superfíne ís best)
  • 1⁄2 tsp bakíng soda
  • 1⁄2 tsp bakíng powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt


  1. Wíth your stand míxer or wíth a hand blender, cream together the butter and Splenda Stevía untíl fluffy and combíned. Beat ín eggs and vanílla.
  2. Combíne flours, bakíng soda, bakíng powder and salt ín a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry íngredíents to the creamed míxture, beatíng well after each addítíon. Separate dough ínto two
  3. Separate dough ínto two separate balls. Cover and refrígerate for 30 mín.
  4. Preheat oven to 350° F. Roll chílled dough to 1⁄4 to 1⁄8 ínch thíckness on a líghtly floured surface.
  5. Cut wíth a cookíe cutter and place cookíes 1 ínch apart on cookíe sheets líned wíth parchment or on a bakíng mat.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 mínutes or untíl edges of the cookíes are very líghtly browned. They may feel soft to the touch but wíll harden as they cool.
  7. Allow the cookíes to cool completely on a bakíng rack. Once cook decorate any way you líke. Enjoy!
