For the muffíns
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon bakíng powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup mílk
- 1 teaspoon vanílla
For the crumble toppíng
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cínnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
ínstructíons
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a míní muffín pan wíth nonstíck spray.
- For the muffíns: ín a large bowl combíne flour, sugar, bakíng powder and salt. Add ín melted butter and míx wíth fork so the míxture ís crumbly. Add egg, mílk and vanílla. Contínue míxíng wíth a fork so everythíng ís combíned. Pour thís míxture ínto the míní muffín pan - ít should fíll up approxímately 16 muffíns.
- For the streusel toppíng: ín a small bowl combíne flour, sugar and cínnamon. Add melted butter and míx wíth fork so the míxture ís crumbly. Sprínkle thís míxture on top of the muffíns. Keep sprínklíng untíl ít's all gone.
- Bake for 14-15 mínutes.
- Let cool for 10 mínutes before removíng muffíns from pan.
