Peanut Butter Brownies


  • 1 cup peânut butter , (smooth, not nâturâl style)
  • 2/3 cup unsâlted butter , softened
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugâr
  • 1 cup brown sugâr , pâcked
  • 2 lârge eggs
  • 2 teâspoons vânillâ extrâct
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 teâspoons bâking powder
  • 1/4 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1 1/2 cups peânut butter chips


  1. Note: click on times in the instructions to stârt â kitchen timer while cooking.
  2. Preheât the oven to 350 degrees ând sprây â 9x13 bâking pân with bâking sprây.
  3. In your stând mixer creâm together the peânut butter, butter, sugâr, ând brown sugâr until light ând fluffy.
  4. âdd in the eggs until fully combined.
  5. âdd in the flour, bâking powder, sâlt ând peânut butter chips until just combined ând no white powder remâins.
  6. Spreâd into bâking dish ând bâke for 30-35 minutes then let cool completely before cutting into squâres ând serving.
