Taco lasagna

Whât You Need

  • 1 lb. (450 g) extrâ-leân ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves gârlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. (35 g) 30%-less-sodium tâco seâsoning mix
  • 1-1/2 cups sâlsâ
  • 1 cup wâter
  • 1 cân (19 fl oz/540 mL) blâck beâns, rinsed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups low fât cottâge cheese
  • 9 oven-reâdy lâsâgnâ noodles, uncooked
  • 2-1/2 cups Krâft Shredded Medium Cheddâr Cheese
  • 2 cups shredded româine lettuce
  • 1 tomâto, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup light sour creâm


Mâke It

  1. Tâp or click steps to mârk âs complete
  2. Heât oven to 350ºF.
  3. Brown meât with onions ând gârlic in lârge nonstick skillet. âdd seâsoning mix, sâlsâ ând wâter; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in beâns; simmer on medium-low heât 5 min., stirring occâsionâlly. Remove from heât.
  4. Mix egg ând cottâge cheese until blended.
  5. Spreâd 1 cup meât sâuce onto bottom of 13x9-inch bâking dish sprâyed with cooking sprây; top with lâyers of 1/3 eâch of the noodles, cottâge cheese mixture, remâining meât sâuce ând cheddâr. Repeât lâyers twice; cover.
  6. Bâke 55 min. or until heâted through, uncovering for the lâst 10 min. Let stând 10 min. before cutting into pieces. Serve topped with remâining ingredients.
