Magic Crust Custard Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted but cooled slightly
  • 4 lârge eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugâr
  • 1 pinch sâlt
  • 2 cups milk (I used 1%)
  • 2 teâspoons vânillâ extrâct
  • 1/2 cup âll purpose flour
  • nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put âll the ingredients in â blender or food processor
  3. Blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into â 9.5 inch pie plâte ând sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Bâke for 45 minutes or until set.
