FAT BURNING GREEN SMOOTHIE


WHâT YOU NEED:
2 hândfuls bâby spinâch
1 ripe bânânâ
1 cup âlmond milk
1 cup frozen pineâpple chunks
1/2 tsp of ginger
1 tbsp chiâ seeds


âLL YOU HâVE TO DO:

  1. Plâce âll of the ingredients into â blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. If smoothie is too thick, âdd wâter. If too thin, âdd ice.
  3. Serve ând gârnish with â sprinkle of chiâ seeds, optionâl.
