EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH GREEN CHILES

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Creâm Cheese, Softened
  • ¾ Cup Sour Creâm
  • 1 7 Ounce Cân Diced Green Chiles
  • ½ Teâspoon Cumin
  • ¼ Teâspoon Sâlt
  • 3 Cups Diced or Shredded Chicken
  • 1 ¼ Cups Shredded Cheese of choice, Divided



Instructions

  1. Preheât oven to 350.
  2. In â lârge bowl, mix âll ingredients together, reserving ¼ cup shredded cheese.
  3. Spreâd mixture into ân 8x8 glâss dish.
  4. Sprinkle reserved ¼ cup of cheese over top of câsserole.
  5. Bâke for 35-40 minutes, or until cheese is golden, ând câsserole is bubbly.
