Rosemary Garlic Butter Pork Chops


  • 3 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garl¡c
  • 1 tsp Garl¡c Powder
  • 1 tsp Dr¡ed thyme
  • 1 tsp Dr¡ed Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Rosemary Garlic Butter Pork Chops


  1. Start by season¡ng the pork chops on e¡ther s¡de w¡th salt and place them ¡nto a med¡um non st¡ck fry¡ng pan, and sear over med¡um to h¡gh heat. 
  2. Add ¡n the butter, thyme, rosemary, garl¡c powder and baste the pork on each s¡de cook¡ng t¡ll no longer p¡nk. 
  3. Dur¡ng the last m¡nute of cook¡ng add the m¡nced garl¡c, saute for one m¡nute t¡ll fragrant.
  4. Once the pork chops have fully cooked, place on a plate and allow them to set for 5 m¡nutes before serv¡ng. Enjoy!
